Compassionate and experienced to help you get the care you deserve.
I am a lover of all things creative and active.
I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. After several years working in research and development as an engineer, I found my passion in psychology, a place where I could apply my skills and creativity in the pursuit of helping individuals and families in need.
A diverse approach
I have extensive training in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, Narrative therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I train others in the field to become Behavioural Health Consultants (BHC) in primary care behavioural health environments.

In-Person Therapy
Designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. In-person therapy provides a safe and private space for people to discuss their thoughts and feelings with a trained therapist. This type of therapy allows for face-to-face contact and is well suited for those who prefer a more personal and interactive experience.

Virtual Therapy
Virtual therapy allows individuals to receive counselling and support remotely. This may include telephone, interactive video conferencing, email, and/or text messages. With virtual therapy, you no longer have to physically travel to an office. This form of therapy is especially popular with those who travel across Alberta for work.
Another benefit of virtual therapy is comfort. With virtual therapy, individuals can receive therapy in a setting that is more comfortable for them.
